Simran Saini is a weight loss consultant heading the Weight loss through Diets Department with the Fortis Group of Hospitals. She has been working with two branches of Fortis – Shalimar Bagh and Karol Bagh and runs her own private clinics. Over an extensive practice of 3 years she has helped many to lose weight the right way.

From changing lifestyle and eating habits to evoking a new and positive personality in a being is the prime expertise of her forte. With medically supervised weight loss programs she has helped many overcome disorders like Diabetes, Hypertension and High Cholesterol Levels in a manner simple yet impressive. When you start on a diet program with Simran, she will work directly with you in fabricating an eating plan according your age, health and medical conditions. You will meet her once every week personally (if you are Delhi based) or get a well explained mail designed for you every week with a phone call follow up to clear your queries. Apart from that you can email and /or sms her queries at any time.

If you really want to lose weight and gain life, first of all throw out that weighing machine that gives you the jitters. Just as you don’t swell up in a day after eating wrong foods, you won’t shrink in a day after we rectify your eating habits. Please be patient and allow Simran to guide you to loose weight and inches in a slow yet very healthy and medically supervised manner. Be sure it will take time but you start feeling good and light from the second week itself. The better you follow the diet and stick to the workout, the faster you will shrink.

Simran makes sure your diet and eating habits are modified, one meal at a time. It is important to modify changes gradually, so they become a habit and they are comfortable for you as well. When you make too many changes in your diet too much too soon your body does not respond well and sometimes it hampers your motivation.

Step 1: You will start by filling a form which includes a 1 days diet recall sheet which will help us figure out your existing eating pattern, food likes- dislikes, nutrient & calorie intake, any medical ailments you have, your workout regime and your personal details.

Step 2: After we have details regarding you we will fabricate a diet for you which will keep you full and energetic apart from aiming at your good health and fat loss. You will not be starving and eating to your liking as well but remember this diet has to be followed 100% and any deviation whatsoever will affect your results.

Step 3: You are ready for weight loss with a fabricated diet plan.
